I discovered movement through my own struggle with load and energy. For years, I viewed my body as a machine that needed fixing, rather than a living rhythm that needed tuning.

My background in lifestyle adjustment isn't built on gym-floor slogans, but on the mechanical realities of how body weight affects daily mobility. I realized that the heavy lifting doesn't happen in a 1-hour workout—it happens in the 23 hours of daily movement that follow.

Every stairs-climb, every chair-exit, and every walk to the office is a interaction between your weight and your environment. I founded Rhythm Life to help individuals find that equilibrium again.
